Last Updated: March 1, 2025

This is the Privacy Policy for all websites and applications owned or operated by GBP Manager ("GBP Manager," "we," or "us"), including the website at localmarketingmanager.com (the "Site") and any other applications, interactive features, and resources we offer (collectively, the "Services"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Services, and your choices for managing your information preferences.

1. Managing Information Preferences

We will not disclose your Volunteered Information (defined below) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent. If, after providing consent, you want to opt out of having your Volunteered Information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, please contact us at support@localmarketingmanager.com.

You may review, correct, update, or change your Volunteered Information at any time by contacting us at:

GBP Manager
Attn: Privacy
Email: support@localmarketingmanager.com

2. Information You Choose to Submit

We may collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and billing information ("Volunteered Information") only if you choose to share such information with us. For example, you may be required to provide us with certain Volunteered Information to register for the Services or sign up for certain features. The decision to provide this information is optional; however, if you decide not to register or provide such information, you may not be able to use the Services or all of their features.

3. Information We Automatically Collect

We automatically collect certain information ("Logged Information") to help us understand how our users use the Services. Like most websites, we automatically collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in log files may include your IP address, your internet service provider (ISP), the web browser you used to visit the Services, the time you visited, which pages you visited, and other anonymous usage data.

Certain tools we provide to our customers enable those customers to communicate directly with their end users (e.g., via email or SMS messaging). Information from such end users may be transmitted through our systems, but we do not use or disclose such information for any other purposes.

4. Cookies and Web Beacons; Do Not Track

We may use cookies (a small file containing a string of characters that uniquely identifies your web browser) and web beacons (an electronic file placed within a website that monitors usage). We may use cookies and web beacons to improve the quality of the Services. Most web browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, certain features of the Services may not work if you delete or disable cookies. Some of our service providers may also use cookies and web beacons in connection with the services they perform on our behalf.

We use Google Analytics to collect and summarize data about usage of the Services. Google uses cookies to obtain this information. To learn more about Google Analytics and Google's privacy practices, visit www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. To opt out of data collection by Google Analytics, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We may also use Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity as analytics tools to track usage of the Services. To learn more about Meta's cookies and controls, visit facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies. To learn more about Microsoft Clarity and how to opt out, visit learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/faq.

Our Services do not respond to web browser "do not track" signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of Logged Information about an individual consumer's online activities over time. Visit www.donottrack.us to learn more about "do not track."

5. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we will not otherwise share or disclose your information to third parties without your express permission or as expressly disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

We use your information (both Volunteered Information and Logged Information) for internal purposes only, such as to send service notifications, to provide you with information regarding our Services or services of our business partners, to customize the content you see, to respond to your requests, to improve the Services, to conduct research, and to solicit your feedback and input about the Services. Volunteered Information and Logged Information may be combined with data collected from other sources so that we may further improve the Services.

From time to time, we may establish a business relationship with other persons or entities whom we believe trustworthy and whom we have asked to confirm that their privacy practices are consistent with ours ("Service Providers"). For example, we may contract with Service Providers to provide certain services, such as payment processing, data management, web hosting, and web development. We provide our Service Providers with the information reasonably necessary for them to perform these services. Each Service Provider must agree (a) to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information involved and (b) not to retain, use, or disclose the information for any purpose other than for the specific purpose of performing the services for us, or as otherwise permitted by law.

We integrate with certain Google Workspace APIs solely to provide our core services. We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Any data accessed via Google Workspace APIs is handled in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy and our commitment to protect user data.

We may use, and disclose to third parties, certain aggregated Logged Information regarding the Services (e.g., number of visits, number of page views, etc.). However, such information does not identify you individually.

We may share your information with entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with GBP Manager. If GBP Manager is merged, sold, or in the event of a transfer of some or all of our assets, we may disclose or transfer your information in connection with such transaction.

In certain instances, we may disclose your information when we believe it is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against persons or entities to protect GBP Manager, its affiliates, or other users, or when we believe that the law or legal process requires such disclosure.

6. External Sites

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or other properties ("Other Sites"). Other Sites may also reference, advertise, or link to the Services. We do not endorse or sponsor Other Sites and are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of Other Sites. The practices described in this Privacy Policy do not apply to information gathered by third parties through Other Sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of each website that you visit.
