Ben is an excellent communicator. He responds promptly, provides a clear and very reasonable quote, and photo documents all work completed. Ben has a professional and friendly team and I would happily recommend them for roofing repairs.

We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Ben and his team at Willow’s Roofing! Ben came out promptly to inspect our roof and provide a quote. He was friendly, professional and gave us excellent, honest advice. Our tiled roof is around 30 years old, and the team did a fantastic job cleaning it and carrying out numerous repairs in preparation for our new solar panels. What really impressed us was Ben’s offer to return after the solar panels have been installed to check for any broken tiles, carry out any necessary repairs and give the gutters a final clean - all included in the service! It’s refreshing to find a tradesperson who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and goes that extra mile. We’re extremely happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben and Willow’s Roofing. Thank you, Ben and team!
