Ben has been nothing short of professional, generous with his time, responsive, and honest. We asked Ben to come and have a look at some roof leaks. At that stage it was going to be a fairly simple fix, so we booked Ben in to fix what we initially thought was the problem. Ben was kind enough to offer to fix the pitch of our back deck for free (included with the other works). Unfortunately, in the meantime, some further leaks started popping up elsewhere in the main roof which revealed a much bigger issue. Ben was generous enough to spend his time today taking up some of our roof tiles, conducting water testing, and diagnosing the issue, all at no cost. He immediately sent back the deposit we had paid for the previous work and advised us to have a think and get a couple of quotes for the bigger work that needed to be done. Ben is genuine, knowledgeable and clearly takes a lot of pride and integrity in his work. Would highly recommend.
