Her availability throughout this process was great, always there to schedule a tour or answer a question. Once we found the home of our dreams, she contacted the listing agent right away and was able to put a strong offer based off of our budget and the listing price of the house which luckily worked out for us the first time. As I mentioned earlier, she had a variety of trusted resources that helped us from this point onward dealing with the inspection and whatnot. She was also able to negotiate concessions for us which was incredibly appreciated. And in the end, she was there to take pictures of us as we officially bought the house. Seriously, we cannot recommend her enough! It seems she really went out of her way to make sure we got a home that fit us perfectly."
