"We cannot say enough amazing things about Maroa Carpet Cleaning and Hugo. We had an absolutely horrible experience with another carpet cleaning company before contacting him. After the other company finished, our carpets honestly looked worse than before, and the chemicals they used caused my son to have a terrible reaction with his asthma. We were stressed, overwhelmed, and didn’t know what to do. I reached out to Hugo just to explain what had happened and ask if he had any suggestions since we had used him in the past and he always did such an incredible job. He was so understanding, compassionate, and considerate. He came out to our house immediately to help us, and the difference was unbelievable. Our carpets now look 10 times better, and he was able to remove stains the other company left behind. What we really appreciate is his cleaning process. Unlike the other company, he was careful about the products being used in our home, which meant so much to us with my son’s asthma. Hugo even called the next day to make sure everything came up and that we were happy with the results — even though the original issue wasn’t his fault in the first place. After the other company cleaned our carpets, we also discovered a rip in the carpet after they had already left and never told us about it. Hugo went out of his way to connect us with someone who could help repair it because he genuinely cared about how difficult the situation had been for our family. Absolute best service — friendly, professional, compassionate, and truly someone who cares about his customers. Five stars honestly isn’t enough for the care, professionalism, and amazing results we received. I cannot recommend Hugo and Maroa Carpet Cleaning enough! Just look at these before and afters"

"the carpets dried perfectly & honestly came out better than I expected. He put in a lot of work & did it quickly. We appreciate it. Walking into the house smells better & feels lighter so thank you."

"He came on time and worked quickly. My carpets are looking brand new again !"

"Amazing work! I have 6 dogs and lots of family coming in and out of my home. Hugo came out within a hour to give me a free estimate and was able to squeeze me in the same weekend to get my whole house clean. Hugo is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Also went out of his way to give me tips on how to keep my carpets and laminate clean. Pricing was very fair for my living room and 3 bedroom space. (About the same as other places that offered me quotes) Will be recommending him for friends and family :)"
