"Artur came on a wednesday to repair my 22 year old commercial dryer. The heating element had finally burned out. He replaced the element and thoroughly cleaned the machine while it was disassembled. The bill was $308.50. When I restarted the dryer, the belt was squealing, the dryer was shaking a little, and the interior lght was not working. I assumed the drum had not been mounted quite right being old and a wire hadnt been plugged back in. I called Filummtechs again and Artur returned very late friday afternoon. He took the whole dryer apart again. Im not sure what he did to guts but it no longer shakes. He cleaned the tensioning pulley and the belt no longer squeals. It turned out that rather than a wire not being plugged back in during the initial repair, that the bulb had coincidentally burned out. I will replace that tomorrow. The total bill for the second visit was zero despite the fact it took him over an hour. Now off to wash my sheets. I will update if needed. For now, yes I would highly recommend Filummtechs. Artur knows appliances; he is not just a parts person. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. The office and commnications are good. If they give you a repair window, you can call about 30 minutes before to get an updated arrival time."
