"Needed our sewer drain rooded and Tim and Daniel came out the same day to get it unblocked. Apparently my house was built very weird. They were able to navigate all the weird piping and issues. They were able to unblock the sewer main easily once opened. "We recently had new construction completed and in less than a year, we were having draining issues in the new bathroom. We called Family Rooter and Tim and Matt came out as soon as they were available. They were clean, professional, respectful and courteous. They were clear on pricing and saved me some money by letting me remove and reinstall my toilet myself. "Contacted them Sunday evening and they arranged to have someone here for right away on Monday btwn 10-11. James showed up with a girl he was training at around 10am. We went through the whole story with him of everything we have done in the past 3 years with our master bathroom toilet. Other companies always just came in and said they have to Auger the toilet and the problem would clear. Well this seemed to be true but then every couple months like 4 mo and then 6 mo etc the toliet would keep backing up and that bathroom is the least used of our 3 bathrooms in the home. So everytime we would have to pay someone btwm $180-$250 just to Auger the toilet and service fee's . This time I called a different place and my husband and i made sure we told him the whole story cuz we even got a brand new toilet in there by doing a bathroom remodel and that toilet had to be Augered 2 times so we said pls do not come in wanting to Auger the toilet because the problem is deeper then that. James listened to every word we told him and decided to take the toilet off as it was seeping water from the bottom showing obviously that the wax ring was broke as well. He put a camera deep down into the pipes to look at what was happening and he did say our piping was in pretty good condition but the sediments from our hard well water eventually keeps building up that an Auger may knock some things loose each time it was done but the sediment has to be removed and pipes needed hydroflushing. He did this to our pipe lines and it comes with a warranty as well. He reset the toilet with the proper wax ring for that toilet and flushed pipes out along with checking all our sinks toilets drains etc to make sure they were flowing at their best possible so we won't have to call him back for anything for a long while. I really hope James was right and this will fix our constant issues from the 7 yrs of living here because it was not cheap and cash/check Is their preferred method of payment. He did a great job showing us what he believed to be the problem and went the extra mile so we have faith in you James and we now have his number programed to call back for any service needed and will tell friends and family. They all know the problems we have had with that bathroom so now it's a waiting game to show if James was right because if he was then I guarantee he will get our family and friends business as well.
