This is not a conventional bicycle repair shop. It is a flexible mobile bike repair service that makes getting help easy. Sara returned my request on a Saturday afternoon and kept me aware of her schedule and the price for the work. We decided to wait until Sunday , she called at 9:30 in the morning . She arrived at 9:45 and was done at 10:45 . Excellent customer service and communication . Very helpful and considerate . Employees like her are rare , spoken from a businessman with many many years of experience ."

"We had such an amazing experience with Dr. Bike at Stagecoach. We got a flat tire on our e-bike the first night and reached out to Brian the next morning. Of course, it’s Stagecoach so he was already fully booked, but he told us to let him know if we couldn’t find anyone else and they’d try to help. And sure enough, he followed up and was able to squeeze us in. Within about 90 minutes, a technician came out, fixed the tire, and had us back up and running in about 15 minutes. These guys are top notch! Incredible service, especially during such a hectic weekend. Highly recommend!"
