"We had a really positive experience working with this realtor team. They were easy to get along with, fun to work with, and always very responsive whenever we had questions. We originally planned to list before the holidays but had to delay due to family medical issues. Faith was wonderful during that time, checking in on our progress and supporting us without ever being pushy, which we really appreciated. On the selling side, they did an amazing job guiding us on how to prepare our home we had an offer the same day as our open house, which was incredible. On the buying side, I do think we could have used a bit more proactive support in terms of sending listings and helping keep things on track as we got closer to closing. Our closing was delayed about a week and a half, which created some logistical challenges for our family. That said, we truly appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the process."
