"Tyson and AJ were phenomenal!! I had 6 panes that needed to be replaced and both these guys tackled the work like pros. I appreciated how Tyson took the time to explain the procedure and materials that they were using…he is an extremely beneficial asset to have in the field. Not only did they disassemble windows and screens but they put it all back in place and even did extra cleaning around their work area. I would 100% recommend and use not only AJ and Tyson again but Action Glass as a whole for future window repairs in my condo complex. Professional, courteous, engaging, knowledgeable individuals who enjoy their job and making homes secure for the residents who live in them. Big shout out to AJ and Tyson and Brandon in the office for setting this up and sending me such great guys to repair my windows!!! Thank you so much Action Glass!!!"

"Originally, the 3 technicians were supposed to come to site and change 2 pieces of the non-moving glasses for the living room.
In addition to the required scope of work, the technicians also changed the wheels of the 2 sliding windows for the enclosed balcony because the wheels were broken and derailed from the frame and the sliding windows could fall off the 12th floor or fall onto the balcony anytime. Further, they changed the broken wheels for the sliding windows for the living room and also bedroom. At the very last, they cleaned the various windows.
The technicians are very professional, friendly and efficient. This is not just another job for them. They understand that this is someone's home and safety is the utmost thing for the people.
Overall, I am very impressed with the service. If I need any help with the windows, I trust this company and would like Action Glass to do the work for me."
