Frankie is an excellent professional, listening to the client’s concerns, thoroughly inspecting roof conditions and answering extensive and detailed questions. The installation took place during the agreed-upon time frame and the permit application, review, approval, and closeout process went smoothly. While roof replacements are generally expensive, I felt that the price I paid was more than fair when compared with other quotes I obtained. I was also able to work with my own financing/terms arrangement and Aastro worked with them to finalize payment without me needing to be directly involved. Overall, I’m very pleased and would endorse this company for any future roofing needs.
