FAQs

You can manage your storage unit rental account online, including paying your bill through our secure online payment system, which makes it easy and convenient to keep your account up to date anytime. Each storage unit has its own individual door alarm that arms and disarms with your unique access code, so only you can get into your unit. The whole facility is watched with 24/7 video monitoring, and there’s always wide, well-lit aisles for safe, easy access. These security features help keep your things protected while giving you peace of mind every time you visit.
Once you sign your lease, your rental rate is locked in for six months with a price guarantee. This means you don’t have to worry about sudden rate increases during that time—you’ll pay the same rate each month for the first six months. After that period, rates may change based on current pricing, but you’ll always get advance notice of any updates.
Yes, drive-up storage units are available, and the aisles are wide enough for large moving trucks. You can pull your vehicle right up to the door of your unit for easy loading and unloading. This setup is designed to save you time and hassle when moving your belongings in or out.
Storage unit sizes here start at 5x10, which is great for a couple of small bedrooms’ worth of boxes and furniture. Bigger options include 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, 10x25, and 10x30 units. For example, a 10x20 fits the contents of a three-bedroom home or a large family room. To pick the best size, think about what you’ll be storing—like just boxes or bigger items like couches, tables, or even vehicles. If you’re still not sure which size is right, call or text the office and the staff can walk you through what might be a good fit. If you already rent from us and need to manage your account—for example, pay your bill—online bill payment is available. Just a heads up: new rental agreements can’t be completed online right now.
Vehicle storage is available for cars, boats, and RVs. The same security features used for regular storage units, like individual door alarms and 24/7 video monitoring, also protect vehicles. If you need to store a vehicle, you can call or text the facility to ask about sizing, availability, and current pricing. Online bill payment is offered for managing your existing account, but please note that online rental agreements are not available.

Storage unit prices usually start around $20 and can go up to about $400, depending on the size of the unit and what's available at the time. Smaller units like 5x10 cost less, and bigger spaces for storing things like furniture or multiple rooms will be on the higher end. Pricing is competitive and stays locked in for six months after you sign your lease, so there won't be any sudden increases. If you want exact prices for what's available right now, just reach out to the management team.
