If bad weather is expected on the day of your water slide rental, you can cancel or reschedule without a penalty as long as you contact us before we deliver and set up. We don’t set up in heavy rain, strong winds, or storms because safety is our priority. If there’s a sudden change in weather during your rental, just turn off the blower and keep kids away from the inflatable until it’s safe. We’ll work with you to make sure your rental experience is worry-free, even if the weather doesn’t cooperate.
When you rent a water slide, delivery and setup are included. We bring the slide to your location, set it up safely, and make sure it’s working before your party starts. We also supply any equipment needed, like extension cords and the blower. You just need to have a standard garden hose ready for connecting to the water. After your event, we come back to take everything down and pick it up, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.
