FAQs

You can bring in your own caterer for your event as long as they prepare the food off-site and bring it ready to serve. There’s no required food or beverage minimum, so you have flexibility with your menu and budget. Just make sure your caterer does the final prep beforehand, since the on-site kitchen isn't for full cooking or food prep. This gives you more control over your catering choices for your event.
The main Grand Hall can fit up to 400 guests with tables and chairs. If you need more space, renting all three rooms together can hold up to 550 people. Your rental includes tables and chairs, with everything set up the way you pick before the event. You get the space for up to 12 hours (or 6 hours with the half-day option). One bartender is included for up to five hours if you use the bar. You’re also free to bring your own caterer—no food or beverage minimums required. Linens and chair covers aren’t included but referrals are available if you need them. Staff takes care of trash and keeping things clean throughout the event.
We offer several bar options for events, including cash bar, open bar, run-a-tab, and all-inclusive packages. For open bars, the price is $20 per person for beer and wine, or $30 per person for beer, wine, and liquor. A bartender is included in your rental for up to five hours. If you need the bartender longer, extra hours are $20 per hour per bartender.
Tables and chairs are included with your rental, and we’ll set them up in your preferred arrangement before your event starts. If you want extra help with more detailed set-up—for example, adding decorations or custom layouts—there’s an optional set-up service for an extra fee ($300 for the Grand Hall, $150 for the Council Room). Otherwise, basic table and chair set-up is covered, but any additional décor or event prep is up to you unless you choose the add-on service.
The damage deposit is either $300 or 25% of your rental price, whichever is higher. This deposit is refundable after your event if the space is left in good condition. If you cancel your booking, the deposit is not refundable.

There is a built-in stage in the Grand Hall that can be used for live music, performances, or presentations. The stage comes as part of the rental and doesn't require any extra fee. It's good for bands, DJs, speakers, or any event features that need a stage set-up.
You can rent the Bar Lounge for a small birthday party. It’s got seating for up to 50 people and comes with a vintage 1970s jukebox that plays 45s, giving the space a cool, retro vibe. Chairs and tables are included in the rental, set up before your event starts.
