You can get a made-to-order breakfast burrito here that’s called the First Lift Burrito. It comes with egg, potatoes, cheddar-jack cheese, and green chili, and you can add extras like avocado or bacon if you want. It’s filling and you can choose what you would like on your burrito!
We offer custom “Launch Boxes” that are great for office lunches, meetings, and group events. You can choose options like half sandwiches (such as Born in the USA or Bungle in the Jungle), bison or vegan chili, and extras like cookies, chips, drinks, or fruit cups. There’s a minimum order of six boxes, and all orders need to be placed by 10 AM for pickup at noon the same day. For larger catering or event needs, we can create custom menus and pricing starts at $10 per person. It’s best to reach out early if you have a big group to make sure we can prep everything you want. Yes, we have a drive thru for coffee and food orders, which makes it quick and convenient for pickup. You can order ahead or place your order at the drive thru, so it’s easy to grab your favorite espresso, breakfast burrito, or lunch sandwich on the go without leaving your car. This is ideal for busy mornings,when you're short on time but still want quality coffee and food fast, or want to order a charcuterie board (for example) to pick up before a Red Rocks show.

We make our burritos in house. They are fresh and never frozen, unlike many you will find in coffee shops. Each is made-to-order, not mass produced or prepared hours ahead of time. Our guests choose what they want and don't want on their burritos!
We are very close! Launch is located about a mile north of the Red Rocks north entrance, at exit 259 off of I-70. We are near the Origin Hotel, Harley Davidson, Maverick gas station and the Dino Lots (park and ride). We're at 18455 W. Colfax Ave in Golden.
Yes! Colorado law let's us sell beer, wine and cocktails to go, as long as they are in sealed containers (they are!) and you can show a legal ID showing you are 21 years of age or older. This can be perfect if you just want a couple drinks for your Red Rocks tailgate, for your hotel room at the Origin or in your Aurum apartment :) Just don't drink and drive!

You’ll find a rotating selection of creative cocktails (which can also be made as mocktails!), Colorado craft beers, and select wines offered at discounted prices during happy hour. The cocktail menu features unique house creations, and the beer and wine list includes local favorites and popular options. Happy hour is a great time to try something new from the menu and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, either inside by the fireplace or out on the patio. We do not charge for space rental when hosting an event and can accommodate from 6 to 70 people.
