FAQs

All children get a healthy breakfast, lunch, and two afternoon snacks each day, included at no extra cost. Meals are made from organic ingredients and are prepared on site. The facility is completely nut-free, so you don’t have to worry about nut allergies. Meals are planned to help kids grow and stay energized throughout the day.
We use keyless entry pads and a biometric fingerprint check-in and check-out system to make sure only approved parents or guardians can access the building and pick up kids. There are security cameras throughout the center, including the classrooms, and all doors stay secured and monitored with an alarm system. Every visitor or staff member must follow strict security procedures, so only authorized people are allowed in the building at any time. This way, families can feel confident their kids are safe while in our care.
To enroll online, just go to the enrollment section on the website and select the location you want. You’ll fill out a form with basic info like your child’s name, date of birth, parent or guardian contact info, emergency contacts, and any special needs or allergies. The form also asks about your preferred start date and the program you’re interested in, like infant, toddler, preschool, or before/after school care. Once the form is submitted, the team will follow up to confirm details, answer questions, and go over the next steps. It helps to have your child’s immunization records or exemption info ready, too.
The Procare® app gives you real-time updates on your child’s day so you always know what’s happening. You’ll get notifications about things like meals, naps, diaper changes, and photos of daily activities right on your phone. Teachers use the app to send direct messages if there’s anything you need to know, keeping you in the loop and making it easy to ask questions or check in whenever you want.
Tuition is due either in full on the 1st of the month or you can split your payment between the 1st and the 15th. This means you have the flexibility to choose which schedule works better for you. Payment schedules and deadlines are always clearly shared, and you’ll get reminders if anything changes. All payments can be handled online through the secure parent portal, making it simple to keep up with tuition.
The WatchMeGrow camera system lets parents securely log in online at any time during center hours to see live video from their child’s classroom. Each classroom and play area has cameras, so you can check in on your child throughout the day from your phone, tablet, or computer. Only authorized families get access, and all video feeds are private and password protected. This way, parents get peace of mind knowing they can check on their child whenever they want while also keeping everything secure.
Preschool and pre-kindergarten programs are available for kids ages 3 to 5 years old. Preschool starts at age 3, and pre-kindergarten serves children from about 3 to 5, with a focus on getting them ready for kindergarten. The curriculum is hands-on and creative, designed to fit each age group’s needs for learning and exploration. Children can move from preschool to pre-kindergarten as they grow and develop, so there’s a smooth transition between the two programs.
Families can enroll their child even if they choose not to follow the standard vaccine schedule. A parent-signed exemption form is all that’s required to meet Idaho’s legal requirement for vaccine exemptions. No doctor’s note or extra paperwork is needed—just the simple form, and your child can attend.
Toddler daycare is offered for children ages 13 to 36 months. A typical day includes hands-on learning, creative play, and lots of movement. Kids enjoy both structured activities and plenty of free-play time to explore toys and their classroom. There’s outdoor play on safe, age-appropriate playgrounds, and messy activities like painting or sensory tables to help toddlers learn by doing. Meals and snacks—prepared fresh onsite—give little ones a chance to sit together at the table and practice eating skills. Songs, storytime, simple art projects, and some beginner sign language and Spanish are built into the daily routine. Naps are scheduled after lunch so toddlers get needed rest. Teachers use a play-based approach that balances learning, social time, and caring routines, all in a secure and caring environment. Parents get regular photo updates and daily notes about what their toddler did that day.
