A cracked propane hose is one leak you never want to find out about the hard way.
A couple getting their rig ready for a fall trip out of Keystone Heights caught a whiff of something off near their LP compartment and gave us a call. When we opened it up, the rubber hose running between the brass fittings was split and badly deteriorated, with rust creeping across the valve assembly underneath. That hose had been quietly aging in the Florida heat for years, and one spark or open flame could have turned their camping weekend into something much worse. We replaced the line, cleaned up the fittings, pressure tested the whole system, and had them safely back in business the same afternoon.
LP systems rarely get a second glance until something smells wrong, but hoses, regulators, and valves all wear out over time. It's one of the simplest safety checks you can add to your regular RV repair routine.

One tiny crack in your roof sealant can quietly soak your whole ceiling.
A rig owner near Gainesville called us after noticing a faint water stain blooming on the ceiling panel above the bedroom. The RV had been sitting outside all summer, and the sealant around the ladder mounts had dried, cracked, and pulled away from the edge just enough to let rain creep in. We cleaned the old material off, prepped the surface, and laid fresh white sealant along the edge and around every mount and seam. Roof resealed, leak stopped, and the ceiling dried out before any real RV water damage repair was needed.
Your roof takes the most punishment of anything on your RV, especially with Florida sun and storm season still hanging around this time of year. A quick inspection twice a year can catch cracked sealant long before it becomes soft spots, rot, or mold.
☀️ RV roof repair and resealing at your site or driveway
☀️ Mobile RV repair so you never have to hitch up
☀️ RV slide out repair and full maintenance on all makes and models

Cold showers on a camping trip are nobody's idea of a good time.
A family set up at a campground near Middleburg last week turned on their hot water and got nothing but a lukewarm trickle. When we opened up the water heater compartment, the story was all there: corroded burner assembly, worn wiring, and residue built up around the plumbing connections from seasons of neglect. We cleaned out the burner, sorted the wiring, checked the safety components, and had hot water flowing before dinner.
Water heaters are one of those things most folks forget about until they fail. A little attention once a year goes a long way toward keeping your whole water system safe and reliable.
