Teens don’t need to have it all figured out to start growing. At Life Skills for Confidence, we help youth build communication and coping skills in a supportive group setting where they can practice speaking up, listening well, and handling pressure without shutting down. Our youth program is designed for real life, not perfect behavior, and it fits families across Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, Florence, and Apache Junction. 📚🤝 For many students, a steady after school program makes a big difference because they get guidance, structure, and a place to reset after a long day. In our teen program, we focus on emotional growth and self-awareness so teens can understand what they feel and choose what to do next. 🧠 We work on: • Calm, respectful conversations 🗣️ • Healthy boundaries and problem-solving ✔ • Leadership practice through a youth leadership program If you want a mentoring program for teens that helps your child feel more confident and capable, reach out and learn what the next step looks like.

Practice confidence in real-life moments, not just in your head. 🌱 At Life Skills for Confidence, we bring teens together to learn, talk, and build better habits that carry over to school and home. Our youth program focuses on communication, teamwork, and steady progress, with a supportive adult in the room. Families in Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, Florence, and Apache Junction often tell us they want structure after school and guidance that feels practical. That’s why we blend an after school program feel with a teen program approach that respects where each student is at. ✔ What we work on: • Youth leadership program skills like speaking up and handling pressure 🧠 • Youth counseling services support for goals, stress, and decision-making • A mentoring program for teens to stay accountable 🤝 Message us to find the right day and fit for your teen.

This will work great for you if ....you practice. 💥 Spend some time either talking clearly and enunciating each word to yourself in a mirror or with your family as a way of understanding what goes into making a good effort to present yourself clearly & loud enough. 🤔Don't allow awkwardness or feeling shy to stop you from doing a good job of talking. If you get caught off of guard, pause and then speak. Maybe only one or two words ... Yes, my name is..... Say it clearly so they actually hear your name. ❤️Remember ... they want to understand you. Help them by being clear in your speech.💦 Addie Rausch, Teen Coach Practitioner, & Course Producer Claudia Mead McBride, Author & Founder of Life Skills for Confidence and Teen Coach Practitioner Webpage: https://lifeskillsforconfidence.com
